Teachers ~ bring your textbooks to life, by allowing students to experience the miniature sugar processing mill and distillery, first hand. Your students will be excited at the prospect of seeing the processes involved in producing sugar from sugar cane. Not only will we be processing sugar cane but we will also be making lots of 'goodies' with the sugar, such as homemade yummy lollies, fairy floss, jams and sugar cane juices.
