Shipping

All orders are processed within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic shipping rates and estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For larger orders – larger than eight bottles please contact us for specialised postage rates.

We utilise Australia Post standard Parcel delivery for our orders.

In-store pickup

Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at from the Sarina Sugar Shed at 4 Railway Square, Field of Dreams Parklands, Sarina, QLD 4737.   After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 4 hours (during our opening hours).   We will send you an email or text when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9.00am – 4.00pm, 7 days a week.

International shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this stage, but watch this space!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sarinasugarshed.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Do we ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we most certainly ship to P.O. boxes.

Refunds and returns

We do not accept returns or refunds. Should the item be damaged or faulty in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@sarinasugarshed.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
