Come and see how the grubby, pale sugar cane is transformed into the granules we pour into our morning tea. This process of harvesting, extraction, evaporation, boiling and storage has remained almost unchanged for the past 100 years.

On your visit, you will see the special miniature sugar processing and distilling equipment that has been sourced from all over the world!

Along with the processing mill, there are multi-media presentations, novelty shop, picnic areas, easy parking and wheelchair friendly access.
