• Gift hampers (including alcohol) may only be purchased & delivered to persons over the age of 18 years.
• All hampers must be paid for in advance either by credit card (over the telephone) or in person at the Sarina Sugar Shed at the time of ordering & prior to delivery.
• Every effort is made to have stock available of all items, however in certain circumstances an item may not be available. If we are unable to supply an item, we will replace the product with an alternative of equal or greater value.
• Deliveries can be made by courier during normal business hours. Deliveries are unavailable on weekends or public holidays. Deliveries will, under normal circumstances be delivered by the date quoted at an additional cost of approx $10.00 per hamper to the Mackay/Sarina area (will be quoted at time of ordering). Occasionally deliveries may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control. Please contact us for further information. Sarina Sugar Shed takes responsibility for the presentation & content of our hampers. When deliveries are made by a 3rd party courier Sarina Sugar Shed can only take responsibility of items until they leave our premises. Sarina Sugar Shed are able to offer tracking numbers & assistance with any delivery matter.
• All gift hampers are packaged & presented in a glossy box, hand finished with ribbon at an additional cost of $10.00 per hamper.
• To ensure that your hamper is delivered prior to Christmas we suggest you place your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
